  • Application to provide Food and Crafts for the Suffolk County's 250th Harvest and Heritage Fair at the Manor of St. George

  • Suffolk County is hosting an 18th Century Colonial Fair on at the Manor of St. George in Shirley, NY on Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 11 am - 3:00 pm to help commemorate the 250th Anniversary of America's Independence. The rain date for this event in on Sunday, November 22, 2026. The intent of this fair is to recreate the sights and sounds of the 18th century, bringing the past to life for the visiting public. We

  • To achieve our mission, the Suffolk 250 Commemorative Planning Committee is seeking a wide array of food and craft vendors to demonstrate Suffolk's agriculture history and heritage.

  • Commercial liability insurance, as well as a Health Department permit, may be required. The County will work with vendors to meet these requirements.

  • All food vendors must have or obtain a Temporary Event Food Service Permit issued by the Suffolk County Department of Health. Commercial General Liability Insurance and Hold Harmless Agreement may be required.

  • Tables, chairs, tents etc.must be supplied by vendor.
  • Vehicle Information:

  • There will be limited onsite parking for vendors. Please provide accurate information on the number of vehicles and if you will be bringing a trailer or a truck.
