The FREEDOM FEST EXPO at the 11th Annual Catholic Health Suffolk County Marathon will be held on October 19, 2025 to support veterans organizations. With 1.5 million people, including 90,000 veterans residing in Suffolk County, we hope you can join us in honoring our local heroes. In previous years, this event has drawn approximately 4,000 - 5,000 attendees and runners from more than 20 states.
We invite you to be a part of this exciting day by registering as a food or craft vendor at our Freedom Fest!
Freedom Fest is an outdoor festival featuring live music and entertainment, local food, and craft beer. The festival is a unique opportunity for your nonprofit organization or business to reach new customers, build overall brand awareness, and support our veterans community and their families.
*Once the application is submitted and approved, Race Awesome, Inc. will reach out with more details.
*All participating vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents etc. No electrical service or WIFI is available.
*Details on space assignment, vendor unloading, and parking will be provided two weeks prior to Freedom Fest. We recommend you make plans to set up the day before.
*The event will take place rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for keeping their leased areas clean
*All food and beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits through the Suffolk County Department of Health Services at 631-852 5999/PHP@suffolkcountyny.gov .
